Account rules and platform conditions. Clear and direct.
These terms govern your use of Hydbook. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to open an account or place a bet. You must be legally allowed to bet online where you live. Betting laws vary across Indian states, and it is your responsibility to check the rules in your state before you use Hydbook.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
- Give accurate details at sign-up and keep them current.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits move over UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking, and IMPS, in Indian Rupees. Withdrawals go back to your verified payment channel where possible. We may run verification checks before processing a withdrawal to prevent fraud. Only deposit money you can afford to lose.
4. Placing bets
A bet is confirmed once it is accepted and shown in your account. Odds can change up to the moment a bet is placed. Once a bet is settled, the result stands unless there is a clear error. We may void a bet where an obvious pricing mistake, a technical fault, or evidence of manipulation is involved.
5. Settlement and results
Bets are settled on the official result of the event. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or changed, we settle according to the market rules for that sport. Where a result is later corrected by the governing body, we may adjust settlement to match.
6. Fair use
Do not use bots, exploit software faults, collude with other users, or attempt to manipulate markets. Accounts found doing so may be suspended and bets voided. We may withhold funds connected to fraud or abuse while we investigate.
7. Responsible gaming
Betting carries financial risk and can become a habit. You can set deposit and time limits, take a break, or self-exclude. Read our Responsible Gaming page. Free help is available at BeGambleAware.org.
8. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, provides false information, is used by a minor, or shows signs of fraud. You can also close your own account by messaging us. Any balance is returned subject to verification and applicable rules.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the platform as is. We are not liable for losses from your betting decisions, from events outside our control, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that cannot be waived by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
